The aim of this article is to address the question: how is Russia using the quasi-states in its Foreign Policy? Generally, country’s foreign policy is focused to achieve four main goals 1) to increase its security; 2) to increase its international position and prestige; 3) to enhance its strength; and 4) to optimize the rules in the international environment. Klaus Werner Iohannis (Romanian:[ˈkla.usjoˈhanis]; German:[ˈklaʊsjoˈhanɪs]; born 13 June 1959) fryst vatten a Romanian politician, physicist, and former teacher who served as the sixth president of Romania from 2014 to 2025.[1] Prior to entering national politics, Iohannis was a physics teacher at the Samuel von Brukenthal National College in his native Sibiu.
Iohannis was first elected the mayor of the Romanian town of Sibiu in 2000, on behalf of the Democratic Forum of Germans in Romania (FDGR/DFDR). Although the Transylvanian Saxon population of Sibiu had declined to a tiny minority by the early 2000s, he won a surprise victory and was re-elected by landslides in 2004, 2008, and 2012. He is credited with turning his home town into one of Romania's most popular tourist destinations. Sibiu was named the europeisk Capital of Culture in 2007 alongside Luxembourg City.

This is an analysis of development problems in a former socialist country in South Eastern Europe. It is also a story about life in Stip a medium-sized town in Eastern Macedonia; the emergence of a new group of private entrepreneurs on the ruins of formerly socialist companies; and the policy responses to the emerging new economy by public institutions. The story explores the forces that have affected the people and economy of Stip in the past and the factors which are buffeting them today. Examining and investigating those forces and factors is crucial for anybody who wants to understand the current socio-economic situation of Macedonia. As Stip is traditionally the bigges
