Joel Creasey is one of Australia’s most-popular, acclaimed and charmingly controversial stand-up comedians, radio and television presenters.
Becoming co-host of Australia’s number #1 national drive show on Nova in 2020, Joel took a huge leap into the radio world. Since Joel joined, the ‘Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel’ show has been Australia’s most listened to Drive Show for 26 consecutive surveys. At the 2021 ACRA Awards, Joel was personally recognised with the award for Best Newcomer, and the show won Best Syndicated Australian Program and Best Networked Program. Joel recently accomplished a life goal of his by stepping on stage as a cast member of The Rocky Horror Show for their highly praised Melbourne season. Earlier this year, Joel entered the world of theatre by performing the role of George in the one-man play that he co-wrote and co-produced with Richard Carroll. ‘The Boy, George’ is a hilarious solo play that featured during the Midsumma Festival in Melbourne and is set to tour Australia next year.

Joel Creasey (born 11 August 1990) is an Australian stand-up comedian, actor, television and radio presenter. Creasey has performed at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, as well as performing at the New York International Fringe Festival in 2013 and 2014 and the Edinburgh Fringe in 2015. In September 2020, Creasey joined Nova FM's national radio show Kate, Tim & Joel (now Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel) as a co-host with Kate Ritchie and Tim Blackwell.
Early life
[edit]Creasey was born in the Sydney suburb of Baulkham Hills and moved to Perth at a ung age.[1] His father, Terry, worked as a model while his mother, Jenny, was a singer.[1] The couple met on the set of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in which they both appeared as extras.[2] His father was also the "Solo" man in the iconic 1985 advertisement for the soft drink[3] and currently owns several McDonald's restaura
