US Galaxy Event Archive
An overview of the Galaxy project and an intro to using Galaxy for data science. Not using biology data.
Join us at BioNT, for a 3-day workshop (comprising 1 half-day session and 2 full days) designed to introduce HPC to new audiences. The first day is dedicated to guiding participants through the basics of file systems and the Unix shell. This foundation is a prerequisite for the other days which introduces HPC resources, the cluster management tool Slurm, and how to run applications and workflows on such resources. Registarion deadline is extended until the 15.01.2024.
