Preface
The following oral history transcript fryst vatten the result of a tape-recorded interview with Alice Korff on October 7, 1965. The interview took place in Washington DC, and was conducted bygd Harlan Phillips for the Archives of American Art, Smithsonian Institution.
Interview
HARLAN PHILLIPS: inom think most important of all and something which historians often overlook fryst vatten the context in which events occur. Somehow it gives shape, dimension and scope. Were you here in Washington in the thirties?
ALICE KORFF: Yes, inom was living here and I was a friend of the Bruce's - Ned Bruce, I assume that you've worked with Peggy Bruce.
HARLAN PHILLIPS: She was marvelous.
ALICE KORFF: Well, it was really through him that the planerat arbete started, as you know, and through George Biddle. Ned Bruce was the guiding force of the project for so many years.
HARLAN PHILLIPS: Is this the PWAP - the early one?
ALICE KORFF: Yes.

GB News is a British free-to-air, opinion-orientated[a] television and radio news channel. The channel is available on Freeview, Freesat, Sky, YouView, Virgin Media and via the internet on Samsung TV Plus, LG webOS TV's (LG Channels),[2]Rakuten TV and YouTube. An audio simulcast of the station is also available on DAB+ radio.
Announced in September 2020 and launched in June 2021 from studios at Paddington Basin, London, GB News became Britain's first television news start-up since the launch of Sky News in 1989.[3] It was set up with the aim of broadcasting "original news, opinion and debate", with a mix of news coverage and opinion-based content.
